A little hope can go a long way
Welcome! I'm Jinelle Williams, Licensed Professional Counselor. I have a passion to help adults identify and work through unresolved emotions that stem from negative childhood experiences and toxic relationships. I am also passionate about helping teen girls learn how to identify, understand, and manage emotions. I want to see you reach your full potential so you can discover your joy and build healthy relationships.
Everyone is unique and my style of therapy is based on that. I use a combination of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and other evidenced-based approaches. You can expect me to be honest, direct, and empathetic. I want you to feel comfortable enough to share your story. I want to empower you and give you the tools and guidance you need to get you through this time of transformation.
Hope starts with you. Use the desire you have to push yourself to get started.
